With the help of intelligent dry process for deep pre-concentration and fine wet process, TDS is used to replace old processes such as manual selection, jigging and shallow groove to realize lump coal pre-concentration; and TGS is used for 50-6(3)mm fine coal pre-concentration. The combination of TDS and TGS can further reduce the washing volume, slime production and washing process cost, and raise the stability of raw coal quality. The fine wet process is a customized solution that`s based on the integrated analysis of raw coal quality and the professional technical diagnosis on current washing process, equipment and intelligence level. Equipped with online monitoring devices, intelligent washing process equipment and intelligent decision-making technology, the fine wet process can provide guidence on the renovation and upgrading of equipment, system, and intelligent washing.

With the help of underground TDS + TGS, the deep pre-concentration of underground 300-13(6)mm raw coal can be achieved. And the separated reject can be used for backfill mining to replace the covered resources such as open mine cornered coal and coal pillars of three-under, thus raising the mine resources recovery rate, prolonging the service time for the mines,  and increasing the economic benefits. Meanwhile, underground pre-concentration process can improve the mine raw coal quality, increase the effective capacity of the main shaft. This can help reducing the ground washing system load as well as the mine reject and other solid waste discharge volume to realize green and sustainable development. 

To Meiteng, the core goals and needs for intelligent CHPP is less worker, even unmanned. By adding sensors, software, human interface device, part of the production links can now work perfectly with unmanned guarding and manual patrolling.
