Zhaozhuang Coal Industry, part of Jinmei Group, is located in Changzhi County, Shanxi Province. They utilize TDS to replace manual sorting for processing raw coal chunks over 100mm. Specifically, they employ one unit of TDS18-300 Intelligent Dry Separator with a belt feeder width of B=1800mm.

Processing Capacity: 150t/h

Processing Granularity: The TDS employed at Zhaozhuang executes a "coal-breaking" process, sorting particles between 300-100mm, with a feed upper limit of up to 1.0m.

Installation Method: The manual sorting conveyor belt was dismantled and replaced with TDS at its original position.

Operational Metrics: On November 1, 2016, the owner and Metong jointly tested the precision indicators of TDS. The average gangue-to-coal ratio was 0.85%, far superior to the contractually guaranteed value of 3.5%.

Application Effect: Since its commissioning in June 2016, the TDS Intelligent Dry Separator at Zhaozhuang operates approximately 20 hours per day, enduring heavy production tasks. It has demonstrated stable production and system reliability since its operation.
