Photoelectric separation technology is used for intelligent separation of minerals self-developed by Meiteng Technology. The equipment that uses this technology and operate in mining industry are called XRT (40-12mm) and MDS (12-5), the ones operate in coal industry is called TDS (300-50mm, 100-25mm). The intelligent photoelectric separation system includes several major systems such as feeding, laying, recognition and execution, also some auxiliary systems such as air supply, dedusting, power distribution and control. XRT can intelligently recognize minerals through corresponding analysis models established on the basis of difffferent mineral characteristics. With the help of big data analysis, minerals and reject are digitally recognized, and eventually reject are discharged through the intelligent execution system.
In 2018, Meiteng Technology focused all tech & research power to develop new algorithm targeting mineral element characteristics. By integrating multiple technologies including X-ray recognition, image recognition, UV light recognition and others, Meiteng successfully realized the high accuracy recognition and separation of chemical, non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals, non-metallic and other categories minerals.
