Mr. Taiyou Li, who was born in Pingxiang city, Jiangxi Province in 1972, is a professor-level senior engineer, engineering design master of China coal industry, bachelor of mineral processing engineering from China University of Mining and Technology, EMBA of CKGSB and chairman of Tianjin Meiteng Technology Co., Ltd. He has been awarded one foreign patent, 58 invention patents, 82 utility model patents and 13 appearance patents. He`s also participated in the drafting of two Group Standards. Some of the rewards that he received are one silver medal for National Excellent Engineering Design Award; multiple Excellent Engineering Design Awards (ministerial level) in the coal industry, Excellent Engineering Consulting Achievement Awards (ministerial level) in the coal industry, Excellent Engineering EPC Project Awards for Survey and Design Enterprises in the Coal Industry; one 1st prize and one 3rd prize of Energy Innovation Award of China Energy Research Association; one 2nd prize of Science and Technology Award of China Coal Industry Association; one 1st prize of Science and Technology Progress Award in Xiqing District,  Tianjin. Some of the titles that he was awarded are Engineering Design Master of China Coal Industry, Expert with Outstanding Contributions in Tianjin, Leading Entrepreneurship Talents of Binhai New Area, Excellent Entrepreneur of 111 Engineering Project of  Tianjin Entrepreneurs Team, Excellent Young Engineer of Beijing, Model Worker of Pingdingshan City, etc. 

Mr. Xingguo Liang,  who was born in Qiqihaer, Heilongjiang province in 1976, is the CEO of Tianjin Meiteng Technology Co., Ltd and professor-level senior engineer. He`s responsible for the R & D of the company`s products and technologies, and he has participated in the R & D work of more than 20 types of new products such as TDS(XRT) Intelligent Dry Sortor, TGS Intelligent Gradient-fluidization Dry Separator, Unmanned Loading System, X-ray Ash Meter, Slurry Ash Meter, Intelligent Industrial Eyes, Intelligent Flotation System and Intelligent Coal Blending System. He has been awarded 13 invention patents, 30 utility model patents and 10 appearance patents. Some of the rewards that he received are one 1st prize and one 3rd prize of Energy Innovation Award of China Energy Research Association, one 2nd Prize of Science and Technology Award of China Coal Industry Association. He`s also been awarded the title of Excellent Entrepreneur of 111 Engineering Project of Tianjin Entrepreneurs Team, and has participated in one provincial and ministerial level science and technology planning project as well as two R & D projects as member of the project team. 

Mr. Shuqiang Zhang, who was born in 1976, is the VP and board member of Meiteng Technology and professor-level senior engineer. He`s been awarded 7 invention patents, 6 utility model patents and 1 appearance patent. He`s also participated in the drafting of one Group Standard. Some of the rewards that he received are one 1st prize and one 3rd prize of Energy Innovation Award of China Energy Research Association, one 2nd Prize of Science and Technology Award of China Coal Industry Association. He`s also been awarded the title of Excellent Entrepreneur of 111 Engineering Project of Tianjin Entrepreneurs Team, and has participated in one provincial and ministerial level science and technology planning project as  a member of the project team, and in two R & D projects as  the leader of the project team. Mr. Zhang is mainly responsible for the R & D work of intelligent plant systems such as intelligent product center, as well as the information platform and products.
