XRT Telligent Dry Separators are widely used in the field of 40-12(10)mm minerals reject pre-discharge. However, in the field of 12-5mm minerals, intelligent dry sorting technologies with high accuracy and high stability are still missing. In order to expand the size range of intelligent dry sorting, Meiteng Technology self-developed MDS Telligent Middle-size Dry Separators on the basis of XRT, which truly realized in-depth intelligent dry sorting of minerals.

MDS Advantages 

Low sorting limit: MDS can be used for sorting of 5mm minerals,which significantly improves the raw ore selection ratio.

High sorting accuracy: Uses belt type high-speed throwing material distribution method for higher detection and blowing accuracy.

Large process capacity: Uses high-speed throwing material distribution model, materials moving speed is fast, and the process capacity is relatively large.

Small space occupation: Uses short belt for material distribution to control the equipment length  (about 5m);flat design to control thee quipment  height (about 2m). The equipment has a small size,which is very friendly for space limited areas such as old factories.
