Structure and Principle

TCS telligent coarse slime separator is a kind of equipment that can realize intelligent separation under the joint action of ascending water flow and intelligent jammers according to the difference of interference settlement speed of materials. The materials enter the separation tank through the central feeding barrel, and are mixed with the ascending water flow to form the "interference bed". Under the action of the ascending water flow, the materials with lower separation density (concentrate) move upward, and the materials with higher separation density (tailings) move downward and conduct secondary interference through the mechanical interference device. The clean coal overflows from the top of the separation tank, and the tailings are discharged by the discharge pump through the tailings tank.
