智能重介系统基于工业物联平台技术，采用前馈+反馈的耦合机制，构建机器学习方法，本质目 标是解决生产密度波动、产品指标不稳定和生产安全问题。为实现智能密控的精准调节，引入在线监 测技术、模糊PID解耦控制技术收集、分析分选精度控制数据及初步PID逻辑内容；引入神经网络、预 测控制、模糊控制等先进算法，基于C和JAVA语言建立机器学习算法模型，形成最优重选密度调控方案。
