工程概述：工程位于山西兴县魏家滩镇斜沟村，生产能力为30.0Mt/a的矿井选煤厂。1.5-0.2mm粗煤泥采用TCS智能粗煤泥分选机进行高密度排矸，选用18台TCS-1×50（3台一组）型智能粗煤泥分选机，2015年12月投入运行。
使用效果：单台处理能力50t/h， TCS尾矿灰分＞60%，1.5-1.0mm Ep≤0.085、1.0-0.5mm Ep≤0.08、0.5-0.2mm EP≤0.06，分选精度高。粗煤泥采用TCS分选后，每年可增加经济效益8037万元。
